Big bodied, low acidity.

Roasters flavour notes:

Soft black currant, dark chocolate, soft spice, and a caramel buttery finish. Gypsy has rich syrupy body, and is full flavoured. When enjoying as a plunger or long black, there is a remarkable soft acidity which is truly enjoyable.
Nothing really overshadows anything else.

The bold body and low acidity can be attributed to the amount of Hand picked, Grade 1, Indonesian Mandheling. I have blended in our delicious Colombian. from El Gigante, and some Brazil Esmeralda.
This coffee is absolutely delicious in milk and pulls its weight as black, beautifully.
