This is a blend that just gives you exactly what it promises. It is full of flavor, yet nothing harsh. When Blacksmith is bang on it is one of the most delicious coffees I’ve ever tasted. Quite remarkable, yet, admittedly subtle.

I’ve used a premium Colombian in Blacksmith.

Colombian Huila El Desarrollo Supremo, and balanced it out with a very nice Indian, and a high end Brazilian Esmeralda. The roasting of Blacksmith is quite particular. One degree centigrade too far or too short, and it loses the subtle yet essential flavor characteristic Blacksmith is known for.

Beautiful in milk or black. Blacksmith has a solid base of extremely loyal fans.
