Fat Gypsy

Bold. Full bodied. Low acidity, dark chocolate, mild bourbon spice, dark brown sugar, malt.

Big bodied, low acidity.

Roasters flavour notes:

Soft black currant, dark chocolate, bourbon spice, and a caramel buttery finish. Gypsy has rich syrupy body, and is full flavoured. When enjoying as a plunger or long black, there is a remarkable soft acidity which is truly enjoyable and not harsh at all. It could be described as a melon-like acidity.
I have used equal parts in this blend and nothing really overshadows anything else.

The heavy body and low acidity can be attributed to the large amount of Hand picked, grade 1, Indonesian Mandheling. I have blended in a lovely Indian, and our delicious Colombian.
This coffee is delicious in milk and pulls its weight as black very nicely.
